Overcut Consulting is a management consultancy for small and medium-sized companies, based in Höxter. Founded in 2025 by Luca Gierse, we support businesses in three areas: Business Development, Digital Transformation and Performance Marketing.

Our focus is on implementation. We analyse processes, set clear priorities and support the roll-out until the solution works in day-to-day operations. As a client, you have one dedicated point of contact: the founder himself.

Many consultancies stop at the presentation. For mid-sized businesses, however, the real work only starts afterwards: adapting processes, introducing tools, bringing people along. That is exactly why Overcut Consulting was founded in Höxter in 2025 – with the aim of not just making recommendations, but putting them into practice together with you.

Three things set us apart from traditional management consultancies. First, we implement: we support your business from analysis through roll-out to the point where the solution works in day-to-day operations. Second, we put process before software. Digitalising a bad process just gives you a fast bad process, so we design the workflow first and only then choose the right tool.

Third, we are independent. We are not tied to any software vendor and do not earn anything from licences. We recommend what suits your business – and sometimes that is an organisational solution with no new system at all.

We look at your processes where they actually happen, not on the organisation chart. This gives us an honest picture: where time is lost, where errors occur, what can be solved organisationally right away and where a system is needed. Only then do we design the target process and choose the right solution.

We see improvement as an ongoing effort made in small steps, not a one-off project. That is why we involve your team early on and measure the impact before and after. You will find the individual steps in our approach.

We work with owner-managed and mid-sized companies that are finding that legacy processes, manual workarounds or a lack of digital visibility are holding them back. Typical situations: a great deal of knowledge sits in a few people’s heads, information is entered more than once, or marketing budget is spent without a clear view of its impact.

We are based in Höxter and work throughout Germany: on site when it comes to your processes, and by phone or video where that is more efficient.

In Business Development, we sharpen strategy, structures and processes so that growth is not held back by your own organisation. In Digital Transformation, we introduce software, automation and AI wherever they measurably take the load off your team. In Performance Marketing, we make sure your visibility reliably turns into enquiries and revenue.

The three areas are closely interlinked. So instead of isolated one-off measures, you get solutions that fit together.

Before we change anything, we agree with you on how success will be measured – for example lead times, error rates, working hours saved or qualified enquiries. We record these figures before we start and review them again a few weeks after the roll-out.

That way you can see in black and white what has improved, and we can see where we need to fine-tune.

You work directly with the founder, not with a rotating cast of consultants. You get an honest assessment – even if that means a project is not worth pursuing – and proposals with a clearly defined scope rather than one-size-fits-all packages.
